The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.297 of 2016 registered under Sections 401, 413, 414, 467, 468 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. One person, namely, Md. Nasim was apprehended while committing theft. Md. Nasim disclosed that he used to commit theft of motorcycle, cycle and other articles. On his disclosure, one country made pistol was recovered from the dickey of motorcycle. Cycles were recovered from cycle shop. Two laptops were recovered from the shop of Md. Moqueem and two stolen motorcycles were recovered from the quarter of the petitioner but the petitioner was found absconding. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52415 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 petitioner is not a 4th grade employee. He is working in a company but it appears that on the basis of confession made by Md. Nasim, the police also raided the house of the petitioner and two stolen motorcycles were recovered.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
