Patna High Court CWJC No.16045 of 2013 dt.30-11-2015 2/2 admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid. However, he informs the Court that the cheque given to the petitioner and presented to the Bank has not finally been credited to her account. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with observation that the respondent University shall ensure that the cheque is honoured and amount transferred to the account of the petitioner within one week from today, if already not done.
