In view of the nature of dispute between the Parties, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on her behalf.

Considering the merits of the case Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 16.1.2015 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Beraul at Benipur, Darbhanga, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.
