2. The present writ petition has been been preferred for the grant of following relief:- "That this application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs for setting aside the Order dt.-5.04.2023 passed by Respondent no.-7 wrongly and illegally by not interfering the Election of Respondent no.-8 elected as Mukhiya of Sidhauli Panchayat as he belong to "Tatwa" but wrongly on the basis of "Pan" caste he claimed under reserved seat for SC Male category (Block constituency no.-7) of Hayaghat Block Darbhanga, Bihar as the Election held on 3.11.2021 and result declared on 13.11.2021 in light of order dt.- 15.07.2024 (Annexure-P6) passed in Civil Appeal no. 18802 of 2017 by Hon'ble Supreme court of India as the Resolution dt- 1.07.2015 issued by Respondent State has been quashed already and further for

Patna High Court CWJC No.13420 of 2024(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 declaration of the Petitioner as Mukhiya of the Sidhauli Panchayat for remaining period/tenure, in the interest of justice."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
