====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 20-07-2016 Heard learned counsel Mr. Jai Prakash Singh for the petitioners.

Perused the order dated 10.11.2015 passed by learned Munsif-I, Begusarai in Title Eviction Suit No.05 of 2010. It appears that the plaintiffs have filed this writ application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order of amendment passed by the court below allowing the amendment of the written statement. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the suit is at the very initial stage i.e. issues have not yet been framed. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the learned court below has rightly allowed the amendment application and it cannot be said that it prejudiced the petitioners in any way nor it occasioned failure of justice. Thus it is not a case

Patna High Court CWJC No.5205 of 2016 (2) dt.20-07-2016 for interference in supervisory jurisdiction. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
