Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302,394/201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. Name of the petitioner had transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Polu Kumar @ Shaurav Kumar.

Considering the aforesaid material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58572 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 the case is pending in connection with Hajipur Sadar Police Station Case No.06 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
