JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard Mr. Abhay Kumar Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner being aggrieved by the allotment of work to the private respondent No.1 has after representing before the respondents, approached this Court inter alia raising an issue that the partnership entered in between the petitioner and the private respondent may not be the basis of allotment of work. Mr. Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner however with reference to the statement made by the respondent in paragraph 8

Patna High Court CWJC No.1486 of 2013 (4) dt.07-12-2015 2/2 of the counter affidavit submits that in view of the admission of the respondent that the work was never allotted to the partnership firm rather has been allotted to the private respondent and thus any dispute in between the petitioner and the private respondent can be sorted out by them before the appropriate forum, submits that the petitioner can have no further grievance.

In the circumstances and in view of the submission so made by Mr. Thakur, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Jyoti Saran, J) Bibhash/- U
