JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 11.07.2017, seeks bail in connection with Teghra P.S.Case No. 254 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that one Madhav Kumar and Ashok Kumar Sharma created forged sale deed by executing such sale deed in favour of petitioner's wife.
Submission is that the accused persons, who have sold the land in favour of the wife of the petitioner, namely, Madhav Kumar and Ashok Kumar Sharma, have been admitted to anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31137 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 31785 of 2017, considering the fact that a title suit is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41587 of 2017 (7) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 sub judice in between the vendor of the petitioner's wife and the informant.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Raja Ram Rai, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S.Case No. 254 of 2016.
