The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Goraul P.S. Case No.236 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
Smt. Sheela Devi, w/o:- Ram Babu Sah and Kewali, w/o Charitra Sah alleged that the petitioner took Rs.5000/- each from them under Scheme of Indira Awas Yojna.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner never received any money. The allegation is false, concocted and no chit of paper is shown that the petitioner ever took money from both of them.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.253 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.236 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
