Learned counsel for the State raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has got an alternative remedy of filing an election petition in respect of claim made in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.10815 of 2016 (2) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 present writ petition.
Considering the submission made above, in view of availability of an equally efficacious alternative remedy to the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. It is dismissed, accordingly.
