Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

According to FIR, three unknown persons started firing at the informant. In the further statement before the police, the informant stated that since wife of this petitioner had contested Panchayati election, at the instance of the petitioner, the said firing was made on the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid which is not substantiated by the material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No.58394 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sheikhpura (Kushumbha) Police Station Case No. 128 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
