2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 94 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 8/8(c), 21(b), 20(b) (ii) (c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that from the possession of this petitioner one country made pistol along with one live cartridge and 30 grams of Brown Sugar was recovered.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this present case. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 21.03.2024. Petitioner is having criminal antecedent of fourteen

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that petitioner has got fourteen criminal antecedents and in this case also he got apprehended red handed with contraband and illegal arms. So, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and, as such, his prayer for regular bail stands rejected.
7. This application stands dismissed.
8. Petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months if so advised.
