The petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 82 of 2020 arising out of Raghopur (Rustampur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019 registered under Sections 304B, 120B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. 29355 of 2020 on 17.02.2021. He further submits that the fresh ground for grant of regular bail is that out of six prosecution witnesses, five have been examined so far and only Investigating Officer has to be examined. Petitioner is under custody since 10.11.2019.

Tr. No. 82 of 2020 arising out of Raghopur (Rustampur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019.
