The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Nokha (Dharmpura) P.S. Case No.257 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 328, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his daughter was married to Anil Paswan about eight years ago but the husband and other inlaws of his daughter were assaulting her. On 24.08.2017, all the accused persons assaulted his daughter causing her death. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. The deceased was pregnant and she got some complication that is why she died on the way of hospital. The
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22334 of 2018 (3) dt.17-05-2018 doctor informed the police and police handed over the dead body with the consent of both sides, thereafter, cremation was held. Taking into consideration the fact that the deceased died after eight years of marriage and petitioners are in-laws of the deceased, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Nokha(Dharmpura) P.S. Case No.257 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
