JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of abducting minor daughter of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim herself returned after few days of her disappearance when her 164 Cr. P.C., statement was recorded where she did not name the petitioners.
The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56463 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 177 of 2007 pending in the court of learned CJM, Saran (Chapra). Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
