The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 185 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Section 290 of Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

Considering the circumstances and the quantum of recovery, let the petitioner namely, Shailesh Chaudhary, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S.
