JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody since 30.5.2017, seek bail in Kudhani PS Case No. 203 of 2013, S.T. No. 646 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201, 328 and 34 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that the informant's brother was killed by his wife, mother-in-law and other family members by poisoning in order to grab the money which he had obtained by selling land and also buried the dead body.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the deceased had committed suicide due to dispute with his family members, however these two petitioners are brother-in-law and residing separately from the deceased's wife and mother-in-law and another co-accused cousin father-in-law of the deceased namely Sajjad was admitted to bail by this Court and these two petitioners have clear antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Md. Nazir @ Md. Najir Alam and Md. Jahagir are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24609 of 2018 (4) dt.20-07-2018 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 13th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani PS Case No. 203 of 2013, S.T. No. 646 of 2017.
