2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amahara P.S. Case No. 16 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased by administering poison.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the sister-in-law of the deceased and there is general allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the accused persons. The petitioner is in custody since 7.5.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai /concerned Court below in connection with Amahara P.S.
