Petitioner is the appellant of Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 283/2015 which has already been decided vide judgment dated 11.10.2017.

In the last paragraph of the aforesaid judgment, the appellant was directed to appear before the learned lower court within four weeks with a prayer for bail which the learned lower court was directed to consider in accordance with law and till then, appellant/petitioner was allowed to avail the privilege of bail. opportunity. The instant petition has been filed for extension of the aforesaid period which is found already exhausted. That being so, there happens to be no question for extension. Accordingly, the instant petition for modification sans merit and is rejected.
