JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No.61 of 2017, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the informant's sister was married 12-13 years back and in connection with making further demand of dowry all accused persons assaulted her as a result of which she died.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is the elder brother of the husband of the deceased whereas petitioner no.2 is nephew, all are living separately, there is no external injury on the body of the deceased and she committed suicide, police has submitted charge-sheet in this case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57725 of 2017 (4) dt.17-01-2018 2 /2 and the petitioners are in custody since 11.09.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioners Jay Singh and Vinod Singh are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No.61 of 2017 (G.R. No.922 of 2017).
