2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hatt P.S Case No. 386 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The matter had been earlier sent to the Mediation & Reconciliation Center, Patna High Court for resolving the dispute between the parties and it would appear from the report of the Mediation Center that an amicable settlement between the parties have been reached vide an agreement dated 11.04.2025 in the Mediation Proceeding no. 1955 of 2024.
4. The learned counsels appearing for both the sides stand in support of the agreement which has been prepared at the Mediation Center and would strictly abide by the terms and conditions as settled between them in the said agreement. It has

No.59589 of 2024(6) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 been settled between the parties that the first installment of Rs. 1 lakh has already been paid in the account of opposite party no. 2, however the remaining amount of Rs. 1 lakh has been agreed to be paid by the 31.05.2025 in the same account in the same manner as mentioned in paragraph no. 2. Further both the parties have agreed to the terms and conditions as settled before the Mediation Center.
5. In such view of the matter, I am inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, it is expected that parties would strictly abide by the terms and conditions of the agreement. Accordingly, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of four weeks from today the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Bhagwanpur Hatt P.S. Case No. 386 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C and subject to the further condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in investigation/ trial.
