It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that so far as Gratuity, Earned Leave, G.P.F. and Group Life Insurance are concerned, they have already been paid to the petitioner. But, while making payment of Pension, an illegal recovery of Rs.2,00,739/- has been made by the Treasury Officer, Muzaffarpur
Patna High Court CWJC No.22292 of 2013 dt.17-11-2016 2/2 in compliance with an order passed by the Executive Engineer, Eastern Sone High Level Canal Division, Tekari, Gaya. 3.
In view of the submission made at the Bar, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order by which deduction has been made from the pension of the petitioner by filing an appropriate writ application.
