The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 234 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of Indian Penal Code. The two petitioners happen to be the parents of accused Abhimanyu Sharma who is charged with elopement with the cousin sister of the informant.
Mr. P.C. Agrawal learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is for the relationship that these petitioners have been roped in the matter.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the allegations and the circumstances existing, let the petitioners namely, (1) Lalita Devi and (2) Parmanand Mistry in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55183 of 2015 (2) dt.18-12-2015 2/2 the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon each of them furnishing individual bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 234 of 2015 subject to the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
