The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.333 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the nature of the allegations made in the FIR, petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the entire amount of Rs.1,50,000/- in two equal installments of Rs.75,000/- each at this stage in the court below subject to result of this case.

Learned APP for the State is present.

In the nature of the allegations where it is stated that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.144 of 2018 (2) dt.11-01-2018 the petitioner had taken certain ready crops from the informant and others in the village for sale in the market, in view of his own statement, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.333 of 2017 and on deposit of Rs.75,000/- as first installment in the court below. After his release, it is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner shall be obliged to deposit balance amount of Rs.75,000/- in the court below within a period of 45 days from the date of his release. The deposit will be subject to result of this case.

The application stands disposed of.
