The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Siswan (Chainpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having been found to be fleeing away and upon being apprehended and search being made, some cash and ornaments were found from their possession.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent, is having a clean antecedent, is a businessman and he is languishing in custody since 09.01.2018. It has been further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely

Lastly, it is submitted that as far as the petitioner is concerned, a sum of Rs. 1100/- and one silver chain was found, regarding which it is submitted that the same belongs to the petitioner herein and is not the stolen article in as much as no T.I. Parade of articles has been held. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Siwan in connection with Siswan (Chainpur O.P.)
