This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 108 of 2016 for offences under Sections 376, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl is major and her statement, itself, reveals that it was a consensual relationship.

Having considered the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 108 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani.
