JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 420 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation against the petitioner is that despite having agreed to sell the land and having received its price, did not execute the land in question in favour of the informant and refused to refund the amount.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. As the price of the land has not been given to the petitioner, he did not execute the land in favour of the petitioner. Dispute is of the civil nature. Allegation is bundle of grievance. He is in custody since 11.9.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67893 of 2021(2) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Mahua Police Station Case No. 14 of 2021.
