Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C stated that she had voluntarily gone with co-accused Raj Kumar and no one used force against her ever. Victim girl voluntarily married with Raj Kumar. Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56216 of 2017 (6) dt.12-02-2018 with Sour Bazar Police Station Case No.350 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
