Act. From the house of the petitioner, 1 KG Ganja and 5 Gms of brown sugar were recovered along with the weighing equipments.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery of the contraband is of small quantity and a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
