Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on the instigation of local people who were inimical to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail. Referring to the case diary, learned counsel for the informant submits that process of sections 82/83 Cr.P.C. has already been initiated in the case, as such, instant anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable.
