In the present case, the petitioner has sought relief of regularization as well as payment of salary.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the services of the petitioner has been regularized but, he has not been paid salary from the date of his waiting for posting till the petitioner was placed and posted in a particular post.
Learned counsel for the State has considered the case of the petitioner and has granted approval for the payment of salary from the date of his entitlement as has been mentioned in the letter dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.11930 of 2013 dt.25-10-2016 31.10.2014 and letter dated 16.9.2016 (Annexure-A & B to the counter affidavit).
This Court, accordingly, directs the respondents concerned to act in terms of the aforesaid Annexure A & B and make payment to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
