1. The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent no. 2 i.e. State Election Commission, Bihar, Patna to dispose Election Petition No. 56 / 2024 which is pending since 2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent no. 2 may be directed to dispose the election petition of the petitioner in accordance with law within a reasonable time frame.
