JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 21.1.2018, seeks bail in Bahadurpur PS Case No. 506 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant's wife went to lodge a case against the petitioner but thereafter she did not return back and later on she alleges that she was taken away by the petitioner to Patna and established sexual relationship with him and also videographed entire occurrence.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the lady was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner rather herself returned back and she has three children and there is no witness to the alleged occurrence.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Anand Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur PS Case No. 506 of 2017.
