JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-394 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that except confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 11-01-2016 but it appears that he has not been put on test identification parade, as yet.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14601 of 2016 (2) dt.08-04-2016 2/2 in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 275 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Bhojpur at Ara.
