From the order of the learned Sessions Judge as well as the first information report, it is apparent that there is some serious dispute between the two that is the husband and wife. The husband works in Delhi and the wife is left in the village. The wife is developing illicit relationship with other and the wife also makes similar allegation that he is living with another woman at Delhi. Be that as it may, considering the facts aforesaid, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57267 of 2015 (2) dt.21-12-2015 bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 01st Class, Saharsa in Sour Bazar Police Station Case No 314 of 2015 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
