The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barhara (Raghubansh Nagar) P.S. Case No.123 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 504, 447, 307, 379 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the relationship between the parties and the nature of injuries being simple in nature, the present

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66756 of 2021(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Barhara (Raghubansh Nagar) P.S. Case No. 123 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
