The application seeks restoration of S.A. No. 227 of 2013 which stood dismissed for non compliance of the peremptory order dated 23.07.2014 whereby one week's time was allowed to remove the defects.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that all the defects were removed on 10.11.2014. The reasons for not doing so within time have been explained in the petition.

For the reasons stated in the application and submissions made in support thereof, the same is allowed. Time granted under order dated 23.07.2014 is extended to 10.11.2014 subject to deposit of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court legal Services Committee and filing receipt thereof on or before 24th of June, 2015.
