Also further proceeding of Maintenance case No.490M of 2013 pending before the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bettiah is hereby dropped.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49186 of 2014 dt.12-10-2015 2/2 Application stands allowed with the aforesaid observations.
