This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 504, 333, 337, 338, 307, 353, 186, 427, 435 and 394 of the Penal Code. The allegation is that the occurrence took place while removing the encroachment, which was opposed by the public and it is alleged that in the process the persons pelted stones and six persons have been named in the first information report, but, the name of the petitioner does not find place.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. (Gopal Prasad, J) SA/- U √ T √
