The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 81 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. There is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
