In the matter of payment of salary, the respondents are required to examine the validity of the appointment and the fact whether the petitioner has worked for the period the petitioner is claiming salary.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Programme Officer

Patna High Court CWJC No.21330 of 2014(2) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 (Establishment), Munger to enquire into the matter and on verification of record, if it is found that the petitioner was appointed validly and he has worked for the period he is claiming salary, necessary decision may be taken by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Munger for payment of salary of the petitioner for the period the petitioner has worked, if there is no dispute as to the validity of the appointment within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
