It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that believing impugned order as an interim order, the present quashing petition was preferred but in view of full bench judgment of this Court as available through Cr. Misc. No. 6740 of 2016 dated 22.11.2024 as held in the matter of Dr. Dilip Kumar @ Dr. Dilip Kumar Sharma @ Dilip Sharma vs State of Bihar And Anr., reported as 2024 SCC OnLine Pat 8236, the impugned order now held as intermediate/quasi final order against which now revision appears maintainable and same not appears hit by the provisions of Section 397(2) of the Cr.P.C./438(2) of BNSS.

3. In view of aforesaid legal development, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to convert present quashing petition into Criminal Revision.
