1. The defect pointed out by the Registry is ignored.

2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, writs, order, orders, direction, directions to the respondent authority specially Respondents No. -4 and 5 to take appropriate legal action against the respondent No. 7 for securing dignity and prestige of the student of the school and society."

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.14124 of 2023(2) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Banka, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Banka, within a period of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Banka, shall inquire into the mater and after hearing the private respondent no.7, take such action, as is warranted under the law, forthwith.

5. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
