1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned APP for the State, after perusing the case diary, submits that notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. has been issued to the petitioner as the offences for which the instant FIR has been instituted carries punishment of seven years and less.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, at this stage, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to file afresh, if need arises.
