Petitioner has been visited with Memo No.34 dated 10.1.2006 by which a punishment has been inflicted upon him.

Admittedly there is provision for appeal without exhausting the alternative remedy, present petition ahs been filed. In such view of the matter, petitioner should first avail the remedy for redressal of his grievance. If the order goes

Patna High Court CWJC No.13096 of 2013 (3) dt.26-10-2016 against him, he will be at liberty to challenge the same. The appellate authority is directed to hear the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of filing of the appeal. With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
