The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code sections 3, 4, 5 of Prevention of Witch Practices Act. It is alleged that on 08.08.2014 at 3.00 P.M. petitioner Pramila Devi abused the informant by calling her a witch, in the meantime, petitioners Rakesh Paswan and Naresh Paswan assaulted her by lathi causing injury and gave life threat. No.2735 of 2015 (02) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 petitioners that for the occurrence of 08.08.2014 the FIR was registered on 12.09.2014 and the injury report was prepared on 11.09.2014 which suggest marginal size one lacerated injury. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S.
