The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Alauli P.S. Case No. 18/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are alleged to have been appointed on the post of teachers on the basis of forged certificate which were issued by Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Delhi.
It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused Kumari Sunaina and Poonam Kumari had already been granted anticipatory bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. 18272/2016 and 14229/2016.

No.16528 of 2016 (2) dt.12-05-2016 2/2 Considering the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons had already been granted anticipatory bail and the case of the petitioners being the ladies is similar to them, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 18/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
