JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Mithanpura PS Case No. 284 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that only one country made pistol and one live cartridge is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner but he has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 22.9.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Subhash Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM East Muzaffarpur in connection with Mithanpura PS Case No. 284 of 2017.
