JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 04.02.2015 in a case registered under sections 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code but the impugned order goes to show that the name of petitioner surfaced in this case in confessional statement of coaccused Suraj Paswan and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, para-3 of the petition reveals that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Ara Nawada
