JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties as with regard to the following relief prayed in this writ application : "1. That this writ application is being filed for quashing the letter dated 06.03.2014 issued by the Divisional Manager, Oriental Insurance Company Limited, Muzaffarpur by which the Insurance Claim by the petitioner has been rejected and further prayer of the petitioner is to direct the Respondents to give the Insurance Claim of the petitioner and to issue appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions as your Lordships may deem fit and proper."
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in order to enable the petitioner to move the consumer forum for redressal of the grievances raised herein. This writ application is, accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
